Up to 6 guests may stay overnight. Only guests included in the reservation may stay overnight; please ask the Host in advance before inviting additional visitors.
Up to 2 pets are welcome.
Parties and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be considerate of neighbors and avoid loud music, yelling, excessive noise, or other disturbances.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the residence. Smoke only in authorized outdoor areas, and dispose of cigarette butts, ashes, and other waste properly; never leave them on the ground.
Please take reasonable care of the furniture, beds, sofas, appliances, and property. Do not eat on beds or sofas or sit on the armrests of sofas and chairs.
Please promptly tell the Host about any damage, malfunction, plumbing, electrical, air-conditioning, or other maintenance issue. Do not attempt repairs without authorization.
Illegal drugs are prohibited. Please secure the residence whenever you leave it unattended.
Commercial photography, filming, or similar commercial use requires prior Host approval.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM; checkout is before 10:00 AM. If you plan to arrive after 9:00 PM, please notify the Host in advance. We can accommodate a late arrival; please keep noise to a minimum for our neighbors.
Serious violations of the House Rules may result in termination of the stay, subject to the applicable terms and conditions of the reservation.

Each air-conditioning unit is intended to cool its assigned room or area. Keep doors closed while the units are running; please do not leave doors open to cool the entire house with multiple units. Turn the units off when leaving the property unattended.
Keep the front entry gate closed unless you are entering or leaving. An open gate may obstruct people using the sidewalk.
Use the property's carport or driveway for parking as instructed.

IMPORTANT BEFORE BOOKING: Villa Velera is on the third floor, and the building has no elevator. Access requires climbing two sets of approximately 17 steps. Please consider this before booking.
NO BACK-IN PARKING. Vehicles MUST be parked front-in. Vehicles parked in reverse are subject to towing at the vehicle owner's expense.
Park only in permitted areas and within the lines. Do not block garage doors. Use accessible parking spaces only with the appropriate authorization.
Smoking is prohibited inside Villa Velera. Smoking is permitted on the balcony; dispose of butts and ashes properly and never throw them onto the ground or from the balcony.
